"Crystal Heartbeat" is a song by author and musician Ju ('Yooh') Honisch. It is written to motives from Wilhelm Hauff's fairy tale "Das kalte Herz" (The Cold Heart). Starting from the basic story we are wandering through the world of the 19th century to Juliane's phantastic novels which play in the same period - and already have won her the German equivalent to the Hugo award the "Deutscher Phantastikpreis 2009" for the best debut novel.
